Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind our products 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or gift, we will accept returns or exchanges within 21 days of the original order date. Only products that are in a new and unused condition with original tags and packaging will be accepted. Please contact us via email at bsweder@comcast.net with your request.  Within 24-36 hours, you will receive a Return Authorization Number ("RAN") and directions on where to return your order.  


The customer will pay shipping costs on returned items, and original shipping is not refundable. If exchanging, please indicate your product choice. Should it not be available at the time of exchange, we will offer alternatives (via email) or refund your original product purchase price. We cannot be held accountable for uninsured return packages.
